As a treasurer, she not only oversees finances but also provides hands-on assistance to multiple clients with their financial transitions, audits, and application implementation. She has also played a crucial role in the application and development of OCAS coding with the local state department. Her favorite part of the job is helping clients across the state find simple solutions to complex issues and making their work easier.

Stefannie Fowler

School Finance Specialist

Stefannie started her finance career at Cal State Fullerton. With a solid foundation in finance and several years of industry experience, she joined ADPC, where she has been an essential member for years. She is known as a trusted expert in school finance, demonstrating her passion by assisting customers in solving problems, simplifying tasks, and cultivating relationships with each district and its staff. Her dedication to excellence has not only made her a vital part of ADPC but has also significantly improved the overall customer experience.

Fred Newman

Software Engineer/DBA

Fred is originally from Tallahassee, Florida, where he studied computer programming at Lively Technical College. Later, he continued his studies at Tallahassee Community College and Florida State University. After graduating, he worked for the Florida Department of Revenue on the SAP migration project for corporate tax and he also served as an analyst on the Document Imaging team. Since 2002, Fred has been working at ADPC, where he supports the Trends and Activity Fund software. He enjoys interacting with customers to help them improve their job performance.

James Tyner

Software Engineer/DBA

James has held various technology roles since he was young. He served as a Signal Support Specialist and Team Leader in the networking team for his battalion in the Oklahoma Army National Guard. He also contracted with the state government on other DOD projects. Throughout his years with ADPC, he has overseen the modernization and expansion of ADPC's capabilities, with a focus on emphasizing security and user-friendly implementations. His passion lies in learning new technologies that enable him to develop quality solutions for schools.

We are fortunate to have an abundance of valuable team members, and although we cannot list them all, our knowledgeable local support staff are the backbone of our company and our most important asset. Most employees have nearly two decades of experience and are enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable about our industry and school financing. Each team member, whether in support, operations, or internal administration, provides exceptional service. They offer our developers valuable insights into our customers' needs and requirements, playing a crucial role in the entire development operation, from quality assurance testing to assisting our architects with hands-on experience. Perhaps their greatest contribution is their ability to genuinely listen to our clients.
