Trends Security Includes Individual, Group, & User-Defined Customized Access To Business Modules, Including Display/View & Read-Only Sessions.

Designed With Common Windows Interfaces, The Trends User Will Find Similarities Within The Application Software And The Windows Operating System. Context Menus, Pop-up Windows, Dialog Boxes, Tables, & General Graphical Objects Constitute The Trends Interface.

Training Is Available At ADPC In A Lab/Class Setting With The Most Recent Hardware And Operating Systems To Emulate Your Site. The Lab Is Networked With Available Printers For Generation Of Reports And Printouts Using A Simulated or real Database Containing School-Specific Criteria For Creating And Editing Budgets, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Payroll Authorizations And Processing, Encumbrances, Warrants, Payments, Change Orders & Financial Reports.

The Lab Provides The Ability To Perform A Necessary Workstation Backup, Run Auto Updates (A Feature That Provides The Latest Modules And Fixes From The Development Staff), Create Employee Groups For Access To Screens And Modules, Define Individual Privileges For Any User, Create Requisition Approvers And Reviewers, Assign Read Or Read/Write Capabilities To Users And Groups, And View Current Users Logged Into Trends.
